This morning on my bus ride to work, I looked down and realized in my pre-coffee haze that I was carrying my new orange tote while wearing an orange quilted winter coat and reading a book with an orange hard cover.

This was by no means intentional, but I think that perhaps my subconscious is making me gravitate towards this color in preparation for what looks like a very orange Fall.

So many of the NY fashion week designers had bright orange in their collections last week, and I for one am quite excited about this trend — the warm colors are so happy and chic!
