I can make this.

I find lots of things that I like in stores, and then convince myself, “Don’t buy this, you can make it yourself, and for way less money.” This is a grown-up, economical decision. Except, I never actually follow-through on my crafty ideas; they float off into an abyss of ‘projects I will do someday’…. until now! I saw a necklace in Anthropologie that I finally applied my ‘I can make this’ reasoning to:

How hard can this be? Make some rosettes out of fabric scraps…

… sew them onto a chain…

… and voila!

This probably cost me $3 to make, so take that Anthropologie! Check me out!

    Great job! You should sell them on etsy or something like that. I recently made something similar, but my flowers were made of felt.
