Book Review: Good Bones, Great Pieces.
Posted by on June 26, 2012
I got a great new decorating book in the mail last week and had to share some of my favorite bits. I’ve read the blog Good Bones, Great Pieces for a few years now, and was so excited to see the adorable mother-daughter pair publish this book. The book is all about the essential furniture items that you need to build your home around — and the pictures of those seven key pieces are awesome and inspiring. My favorite was of the last room posted below, a tiny breakfast nook with tons of character. Have you picked this book up yet? Get yours here.

I’ve also been excited to read this book! (I love having wardrobe staples, so how can you go wrong with a similar philosophy on furniture?) I’ll definitely have to pick it up. The sample pages you featured look great.
I picked this up at the bookstore the other day but put it back. Seems as if I need to jump on the train
Love the nook too! And this just reminded me i hadnt seen posts in my reader for a while…hello, gold blog!
and they must’ve changed their feed. So thanks!
Bought the book, read the blog, they are an amazing duo!
I just recently ordered the domino book and it looks like I need to add this to my wish list
thanks for sharing! xPam
