I have a mental arsenal of our weeknight dinner recipes; they’re so engrained in my head I never think to actually write them down. My friends at Peapod asked me if I had any easy recipes that I’m leaning on as a new mom with a busy schedule, and I knew just the one to share. It’s a quick and easy turkey burger, packed with flavor from BBQ sauce, spicy hot sauce, and chopped up scallions.I serve them bunless, on a bed of crisp lettuce and shredded carrots, with a drizzle of this tasty blue cheese dipping sauce on top. My husband adds more hot sauce on top of his because he loves his food spicy. They go great with my favorite buffalo Brussels sprouts, or baked sweet potato fries and some pickles. If you’re a 2-family house like us, make all four burgers and leave two of the uncooked patties in the fridge for up to 3 days for a second meal. Get the full recipe below!
