Blueberry Cobbler.
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 ½ cups of sugar (divided)
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- ½ cup of milk
- 2 cups of blueberries
- 1 tbsp of lemon juice
- Chinet Cut Crystal cutlery
- Chinet Classic White dessert plates
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Melt butter in a deep round casserole dish while the oven heats up.
- In a bowl, sift together flour and baking powder; combine with 1 cup of the sugar and milk. Set batter aside.
- In a small saucepan, combine remaining ½ cup of sugar, blueberries and lemon juice; simmer on stove for 7-10 minutes.
- Pour batter over the melted butter, and then pour blueberry mixture over batter (do not stir).
- Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
