I’m on a constant hunt for seasonal snack board inspiration, and the grazing board ideas keep coming to me! On a recent run through Trader Joe’s I was filling my cart with pumpkin this and pumpkin that, and the pumpkin-lightbulb went off. I had to make a pumpkin-themed grazing board for fall! Sharing all of the tasty items I hand picked for this perfect autumnal display of pumpkin treats so you can make one too.  Let’s start with the cornerstone of every grazing board, the cheeses. I used three types on this board: a creamy “supreme brie” that goes so well with sweet spreads and candied nuts, an apricot stilton that also has a sweetness to it (and the orange flecks look perfect with the color palette), and a more savory Cotswold Double Gloucester with chives. The last one is my new favorite from Trader Joe’s — it has so much flavor, and I used the leftover pieces in scrambled eggs that were life-changing! To go with each cheese I included some of my favorite crackers like gluten-free sesame rounds, Triscuit thins, and to bring in the pumpkin element: Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Cranberry Crisps.I included lots of sweet options on the other side of the board that all had a pumpkin twist, including pumpkin spice madelines, pumpkin spice sprinkle cookies, and small pumpkin mousse cakes — all from Trader Joe’s! I also added in pumpkin spice hummus (!!) from Aldi’s — it sounds super weird but it kind of just tastes like pumpkin filling, and would go great with the madeline cookies for a sweet dip (I saw a whole line of sweet hummus dips at Target recently).  Other sweet elements were some seasonal candies, Trader Joe’s “candy corn popcorn” and a pumpkin spice caramel corn. To cross the spaces between sweet and savory, I included some pumpkin spice candied pecans (omg, yum). I also added on two elements from cookbook, New England InviteAn easy to make homemade pumpkin butter that is killer with brie and the pecans, and some pumpkin brown butter ravioli that I tucked in a dish on the edge of the board. I used Trader Joe’s Honey Roasted Pumpkin Ravioli which were out of this world; add some toothpicks so guests can pick up a ravioli bite for their plate! To finish off the fall grazing board, I added in some freshness with grapes and thyme sprigs — a perfect compliment to this pumpkin bonanza!
