One of my guilty pleasures is watching baking videos on Instagram. I *love* to cook but I’m an impatient baker, and while I aspire to be a person who busts out 10 different holiday cookie varieties at Christmastime, I find the baking process daunting most of the time. Lucky for me, my friends at Fancypants Baking Co share lots of their delicious seasonal cookies with me, and I leaned on them for a little holiday cookie box shortcut this year!I like to bake one or two holiday cookie recipes (check out my new, very-very-very simple shortbread recipe) and then fill in my menu with my favorite pre-made cookies from Fancypants Baking Co.  They have such fun decorated cookies for the kids (reindeer! Snowmen!). The chocolate peppermint and spiced eggnog flavors are winners for the adults (let’s just say a LOT of the chocolate peppermint cookies have disappeared on my watch this week). Mixing in these delicious store-bought cookies to a pretty box, along with a few candy canes, and tying it all up in a pretty bow makes for the easiest hostess/neighbor/holiday thank you gifts! All the Fancypants Baking Co cookies are made in a peanut and tree-nut free facility so they’re a great choice for entertaining and gifting! On top of being allergy friendly, they’re made with fresh, wholesome, mindfully sourced ingredients (and they’re pretty darn festive looking too, right?!).
