Blueberry Cobbler.
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 ½ cups of sugar (divided)
  • 1 tsp of baking powder
  • ½ cup of milk
  • 2 cups of blueberries
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • Chinet Cut Crystal cutlery
  • Chinet Classic White dessert plates
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Melt butter in a deep round casserole dish while the oven heats up.
  3. In a bowl, sift together flour and baking powder; combine with 1 cup of the sugar and milk. Set batter aside.
  4. In a small saucepan, combine remaining ½ cup of sugar, blueberries and lemon juice; simmer on stove for 7-10 minutes.
  5. Pour batter over the melted butter, and then pour blueberry mixture over batter (do not stir).
  6. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
