Thanksgiving Leftover Pot Pie.
Serves: 6 Servings
  • Pie Crust
  • 1.5 Cups of Shredded Turkey
  • ¼ Cup Brown Gravy
  • 1 Cup of Mashed Potatoes
  • 1 Cup of Stuffing
  • ½ Cup of Cranberry Sauce
  1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.
  2. Roll out pie dough in a 9” rimmed pie dish.
  3. Fill the bottom of the dish with leftover turkey, and cover with half of the gravy.
  4. Layer on the mashed potatoes and top with the remaining gravy.
  5. Add a layer of leftover stuffing, and top with cranberry sauce.
  6. Use remaining pie dough to close the pie, pinching the edges and slicing a few steam holes in the top.
  7. Bake for at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes, until the crust is golden brown. Serve hot with extra gravy.
