Satsuma Ginger Cocktail.
  • 2 Cups of Satsuma Orange Juice
  • 1" Piece of Peeled Fresh Ginger
  • ½ Cup of Water
  • 2 Tbsp of Sugar
  • Bourbon, Ginger Beer, Honey, and Ice for serving
  1. In a saucepan, combine satsuma juice, ginger, water, and sugar.
  2. Simmer for 20 minutes, or until reduced by half.
  3. Remove ginger and transfer to a glass container to cool.
  4. Serve over ice with bourbon and honey and top with ginger beer.
