Baked Brie Pie Bites.
Serves: 24 pieces
  • 1 Package of pre-made pie dough
  • 8 oz Brie, cut into 1" pieces
  • Jam, Jelly or Fruit butter of your choice
  • Pecans
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Roll out your pie dough and cut into 2.5" circles using a cookie cutter or the top of a glass, repeat until you have about 24 pieces.
  3. Take the pie dough discs and fit them into a mini-muffin tin.
  4. Top each pie dough piece with a slice of brie, about ½ tsp of your jam or fruit butter, and a pecan.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees; remove from oven and cool slightly before transferring to a plate and serving warm.
