Turn the Instant Pot onto sauté mode, and add the olive oil, diced yellow onion, diced red onion, and minced garlic cloves to the pot. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until the onions soften.
Add the ground turkey to the pot and continue to sauté for another 5 minutes, until turkey begins to brown.
Season the mixture with chili powder, garlic power, onion powder, cumin, paprika, and salt and pepper.
Turn off sauté mode and add to the pot: fire roasted tomatoes, black beans, kidney beans, cannelloni beans, chopped green chilis, and tomato sauce. Stir to combine and place the lid on the Instant Pot, setting it on high pressure for 25 minutes.
At the end of the cooking time, use a natural release and serve the chili hot with toppings of your choice (chopped red onions, scallions, sour cream, hot sauce and cheddar cheese are our favorites).
