Cracked Pepper Cottage Cheese and Jam Filo Cups
- Frozen filo pastry cups
- Hood Cottage Cheese with Cracked Pepper
- Fig jam
- Fresh thyme sprigs
- Remove filo pastry cups from the freezer and let them thaw for about 15 minutes.
- Once thawed, fill each cup with a spoonful of Hood Cottage Cheese with Cracked Pepper.
- Top with a small dollop of fig jam (or jam of your choice), and garnish with fresh thyme leaves.
