¾ Cup of Fresh Blackberries, plus more for garnish
1 Tsp of Cardamom
½ Tsp of Whole Cloves
1 Cinnamon Stick, plus more for garnish
2 oz Vodka
4 oz Ginger Beer
Fresh Limes

Instructions
To make the blackberry cardamom syrup: combine water, sugar, blackberries, cardamom, cloves and cinnamon in a small saucepan and simmer for about 20 minutes until the syrup has reduced to about 1½ Cups. Strain the syrup through a fine mesh strainer into a glass container or jar. Chill for at least 1 hour before using.
To make the blackberry cardamom mule: fill a mule mug with ice then pour in 2 oz of vodka, ½ oz of the chilled blackberry cardamom syrup, and squeeze ¼ of a fresh lime. Top with approximately 4 oz of ginger beer and garnish with more fresh limes and cinnamon sticks before serving.
