This Rhubarb Jalapeno Margarita is my ideal cocktail for those first warm summer nights, with sweet and jammy notes from the rhubarb, balanced with the tart lime citrus and just a kick of spice from the jalapeno that I add to the cocktail shaker. It’s a delightful combination, and one that I’ll be making on repeat all season long! Get the recipe for the Rhubarb Jalapeno Margarita below!
