A pop of  pattern can make all the difference in bringing your outfit (and maybe even your day) some cheerfulness. I’m eyeing quite a few polka dot pieces right now, especially those adorable Madewell flats and the bright Kate Spade clutch! What’s your pattern of choice? Clutch, blouse, flats, socks

After posting about stylish umbrellas yesterday, I found two more from Old Navy that met my cuteness criteria — one in polka dots and one in gingham, and they’re on sale for only $6.99! At less than ten bucks, I’m considering one of each.

I got some very good-looking glassware for Christmas this year in the form of gold-polka dot tumblers. Thanks for all of the input on my sheeting debate. Polka Dots got a resounding vote of confidence from your comments — and I found an even better compromise, the Dwell Studio Squares in Dove – which are a little bit polka-dotty and a little bit geometric. I’ll share pictures when they arrive!
