Kicking off a new #HappyHour series with quick little cocktail recipes that bring me joy – the perfect way to start the weekend! This drink is a spin on my favorite gin & tonic with hints of fresh squeezed grapefruit, fresh rosemary, and elderflower. The Empress 1908 gin is made with fragrant botanicals like juniper, rose, coriander seed, grapefruit peel, ginger root, cinnamon bark, tea, butterfly pea blossoms and which gives it an all-natural indigo hue. I made it last summer and keep thinking about the colorful concoction – cheers!
