I’ve been making this fresh, easy whipped feta tzatziki dip on repeat recently for friends and family. All it takes is four ingredients: store bought tzatziki, feta cheese, a pinch of fresh parsley and drizzle of olive oil, combined in the food processor for a minute or two until the feta dip is well incorporated and smooth. It pairs so well with crisp fresh veggies for a crudite platter, fluffy pita spears or crunchy pita chips are also a winning combination for dipping, and I’ve even used it as a spread on a Greek-inspired sandwich wrap. Ingredients
- 1 Cup of store-bought Tzatziki
- ½ Cup of Feta cheese
- 1 Tbsp of Fresh Parsley
- 1 Tbsp. of Olive Oil
- Black Pepper
- Chips or veggies for dipping
Instructions
- In a small food processor, combine Tzatziki, feta cheese, fresh parsley and olive oil, and then pulse to combine until the feta dip is well incorporated and smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl, season with fresh black pepper, and serve with chips or veggie for dipping.
